DISGUSTED

Myself been a medical professional that wasn't in uniform nor any identification stating my qualification had taken a family member of mine to RK Khan hospital for medical assistance due to urgency of the situation. Being a provincial hospital that serves the community of Chatsworth and surrounding areas, it is with utmost disgust that I say this, the doctors are inexperienced, nurses are incapable, security guards are rude and arrogant, and an absolutely unpleasant and unhealthy facility that is meant to be treating and promoting the care and wellness of patients in need. The attitude of newly qualified, inexperienced doctors are pathetic and disgusting. Doctors and nurses start their tea breaks at 20:30pm leaving patients unattended too. Their lunch breaks starts at 22:00pm till 02:00am, again leaving patients in need unattended too, prolonging treatment and recovery. This isn't the first complaint about the employees of this hospital, yet undoubtedly still nothing is done about it. An enquiry should be done and some action should be taken to promote wholesome healthcare to those in need. Another sore point is that those accompanying patients are undermined and treated badly especially if the individuals profession isn't known to those working in the multidisciplinary team. The disgusting attitudes of those medical doctors and nurses are more sickening to deal with than the patients themselves. Something needs to be done....!
