Devastating experience

I have had a bad experience from the 2nd of October 2022 where we were told only one person could see the patient. Only one person is allowed per day, like that is very crazy. We wanted to take turns in seeing our brother but we were deprived from that which is heartbreaking. Secondly now, how can a person with a dislocated hip bath themselves? Like really, make me understand how are they suppose to accomplish that task on their own.. The neglect is so disturbing and he is in sooo much pain that nobody cares about. Please fix this because i am sure no one would like their family member to be treated this way.
