Chaos at R K KHAN

<p>Hi. My name is Louisa. My 14 year old daughter Karina Smit has been at R K Khan hospital awaiting surgery for a broken ankle. Now 15 days later she has not received her operation, she is not in school and her ankle is not in a proper cast. I have complained at public relations officer she told me that the problem with theatre is a very old problem and she cant tell me when my daughter will get surgery. I asked the docter to then put a new cast on and was told they cant because they do not have plaster. My daughter cant stay in the hospital indefinitly. Please help</p>
