A hospital in Shambles

I am currently awaiting surgery for a fractured shin.It is now 17 days and have not even been given an exact date. All they say is soon. I have gathered enough evidence during my time here to honestly say that there is alot of mismanagement and negligence going on in Ortho department. Far too many people are getting infections and the waiting period is normally around 3 weeks for surgery. Really sad state of affairs having to see people in pain wait that long.
