No refund,no transfer no substitution for JBAY rage ticket

I purchased a JBay rage ticket for my daughter. My daughter can no longer attend. I found a substitution for her ticket two months before the Rage start. I requested a transfer of her ticket to the subtitute I found.RK events inform me they do not have a transfer / substitution policy and is uanable to assist with the transfer of the ticket.
