Disappointed

I recently went to RJs for my niece's birthday party and I must say their service is poor. 1. My cousin made a booking for Saturday (29/02/2020) on Monday(24/02/2020), to our surprise we got to a table that had other customers and it was not prepared. (Party was at 6pm and we arrived 5.40pm).

2. We ordered for the children first and their orders arrived in time, luckily. When we ordered we waited for more than 30 minutes AND they were out of stock on their rib patties. The children's rib strips on their pizzas were sour!

3. Our drinks finally arrived, but they somehow forgot one person's order who had to wait another 30 minutes. Food arrived and we had our meals. The jam jar my cousin and I had ordered was poorly mixed and as a result we complained about that, the waitress who then told the 'mixologist' or bar lady came to our table with her and then she proceeded to intimidate us saying she has been mixing drinks for some time and that is how she mixes the jam jar.

We had to ask for everything as if they were hosting their first children's party. I am beyond disappointed with the way they handled things. I do not see myself going there anymore. On the upside the waitress was friendly.
