Good Day<br> <br> I sent a report on RJM Financial in Port Elizabeth earlier complaining about the misconduct of trying to explain a situation. I wish to advise that Mr Theo Lochner of RJM Financial was in contact with me explaining what his system read and the notes put on his system. I would like to add that Standard Bank should get their notes on their systems as per arrangements correct to avoid this kind of outburst and upset from the client. I do however understand RJM have a business to run and duly go by what the banks notes state. However I will compliment Mr Lochner for phoning and explaining the same as he is none the wiser but merely following instructions on his system. I therefore apologise too for reacting against RJM as they just doing their job but in saying that hope that in future the client or customer has a chance to explain.
