Terrilble service and raw food

Decided to give RJs Gateway a 2nd chance to prove their quality. 13 of us attended d restaurant to have a good meal after a long day last week saturday nite. Restaurant being so smokey we decided to sit outside. No candles were put on the table as it was really dark. Food was orderd clearly to the waitress. Food took an hour to come. Eventually everyone finished eating and my meal hadnt cum. After complaining to manager he saw order was ritten by waitress. Steak was so stiff and prawns were raw and chewy. Bill came to R1400. Manager refused to hear any of our complains. He just stood there to take the cash from me and walked away like normal. Disgusting service from manager and the waitress. She complained she had too many tables to serve so she was confused. Being a halaal restaurant you should keep up to your standards to attract muslim customers. U just lost another customer! And im sure many more would agree with me. Pick up your standards or close down asap so we dont waste our money as your meals are expensive.
