Terrible service rjs waterfall kzn

On the 11 march my husband and I went to rjs in waterfall for supper. We swore we wouldnt go there again but we felt wed give them a chance. We ordered drinks firstly I asked for a fanta orange I ws given fanta g****. We ordered food I chose riblets and my husband ordered liver . When our food came my food and plate was freezing. My husband said his ok. I didnt say anything. When we arrived a couple leaving also was complaining abt something and there is no manager on the floor ever. You pay for good food this was disgusting R122 later ate cold horrible food
