TERRIBLE SERVICE OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVERED

<p>Here is the series of events that followed:</p> <p>· I was promised my baby birthday would be the only one that was going on however there was birthdays at once.</p> <p>· I was promised the area would be corned of for me. That didn’t happen I had kids taking snacks of my tables</p> <p>· Due to all these birthdays it was terribly rowdy.</p> <p>· My kids got their food late hence my adults refused to dine. The service was terrible.</p> <p>· There was no ice cream for my kids and this is what I paid for</p> <p>· No face painting</p> <p> </p> <p>I am absolutely disgusted at this. Your manager Jason is an absolute useless and rude man. Its one of the reasons your competitors like Jays Grill smacks you off the market your service at that store is disgusting. I will give you a call during the course of the day. I want something done and I also want to know why was not given the above requirements.</p> <p> </p>
