Steak House which cant make Steaks

My wife and I visited Rjs South Beach yesterday to end our 10 Day fasting. It has been my go to place for the best steaks ever but recently I feel that something is wrong with the quality of food. My friends even noted that RJs South Beach is not what they used to be. Walking in you are welcomed by friendly staff. We had placed out order and only received the order 1Hr later being told that they were busy. After having the first few bites, I had requested for medium Rare and had received rare which was cold to the touch. After getting the attention of the waitress she then apologized and told me that they would get me a new steak. 30 Minutes later after my wife had already finished her meal my steak arrived but it was the same steak warmed which now changed the steak to well done. Trying to get the attention of the manager was of no help as the service was pathetic. I paid for my wifes meal and refused to pay for my meal which took 1hr30 to arrive and that too at incorrect temperature both times. I have no idea if it was a bad day or RJs ability to make steaks is dropping.
