shocking customer service

Stood 5 min at the door waiting to be asked for a table..... everyone looks at me but doesn't assist. Ask for a manager.... that took a good few minutes.... finally after being seated..... wait another good few min to be served. Asked for a bunny.... well to my surprise they not making it tonight because the person is off..... hey! How on earth does a company/ resturant run like this.... Will NEVER set door again in any RJ's. I will let everyone know if the *** service....
