rjs poor service

my child was playing at rjs when the waitress left the gate opened and my child almost fell down the stairs. I called the manager who was very rude and did not apologise for his staff behaviour. There service we received was horrible and very un friendly. The manager was very arrogant when I confronted him about his negligent staff. when we were leaving he still even the desancy to apologise. I do understand that things happen but the arrogance of the manager just frustrated me.
