Pathetic Customer Service - RJs PMB

What started off as a lovely anniversary evening for my hubby and I was spoiled by the inefficient waitress and pathetic customer service displayed at RJs. The waitress told us it was ladies night and you get a free glass of wine & 50% of ****tails. Great! I said, pls bring me the glass of wine and a ****tail menu. She comes back 10mins later to say that there isn't a ****tail menu. When I gave her my main order she said I am not allowed to order anything - it has to be the special or she has to take the wine back. The special was 89.90, my order was 129.00..then she says fine just drink it. Next, the mains arrive - chips burnt to which the waitress says she could see it was burnt when she brought it from the kitchen. Hubbies mash was cold as ice. We called for the Manager who says that he is \not getting into an argument"he will try to sort the food. Not apologetic"
