one hour waitin period

On saturday night 2/01/16 at 9.15pm. We decided to try rjs gateway for the first time we ordered 2 bunny chows and a pizza for Baby. Time then was 9.32 pm 15 mins later The pizza arrived which by the way was Dry. We waited and waited and kept on asking where our food was we were told it's on its way after 50 mins of it not arriving I went to the manager and told him to cancel the order coz by then we had shared the pizza and our hunger had subsided he told me that they were busy plating it I went back to the table it took them a further 7 to 10 mins to plate it the food arrives at 22.34 pm and they had forgotten the sliced banana which is part of the Meal. I brought it to the managers attention and asked him how we'd he compensate us for the long wit he said he we'd give us a discount for leaving out the banana and a generous discount for the Delay when the bill comes a meesly R15 was discounted off each Bunny. We are very Disappointed in their service and will not recommend friends or family to go there they are spoiling the RJS brand. The food was definitely not worth the price and the long wait
