lack of Service

<p> </p> <p>I bought a Gropon deal at the above mentioned restaurant and made a booking for the past Sunday (21 June) for 13:30.</p> <p> </p> <p>My parent get to the place only to find out that they can’t find the reservation and they do not have the meal as per the voucher.</p> <p> </p> <p>They made no effort to assist with a replacement meal or make a reservation for a different day</p>
