Bad Managerial Behaviour

I visited RJ's Steakhouse in Margate on the 21st of May 2015 for dinner. To make it sweet and short:<br> <br> Ambiance: 7/10 - It was quiet with only 3 tables in the restaurant, including us.<br> <br> Service: 6/10 - The waiter's knowledge was questionable, but our food came as specified. :-) <br> <br> Food: 10/10 - Need I say more...?<br> <br> MANAGER PRESENCE: 0/10 - We were there for about 2hrs. With only 3 tables in the establishment, one would expect the manager to AT LEAST check on his patrons to find out how everything is. I ordered a Hennesy V.S.O.P from the bar, as there were no cognac glasses available, I proceeded to the bar to choose the next best appropriate glass and poured the cognac to my specification at the bar. Out of habit I carried my own drink to the table. I in fact passed the Manager on my way to the table. I was not even acknowledged, let alone asked, why I am carrying my own drink to the table. The only words from the Manager was when we left, where he uttered that the bottom doors are not locked, and that we could exit through there. He did not even say good night to us
