Bad service

Booked an appointment for a consultation. Appointment was approved for 15:00 to see Dr R.J. Combrinck. Arrived at Lenmed Hospital where his consultation rooms are located. By 17:00 I was still not helped or have seen the docter in anyway. Most patients in the consultation room was frustrated as this is a normal occurrence, where the appointment times are not adhered to. When the receptionist gets addressed of the problem, she just states that you should wait and there is a line. No apology for the long duration of waiting time. As a medical aid Contributor this is totally unacceptable as I am still charged the full consultation fee. If you cannot service your customers why over book your scedual. This is a medical facility people with illnesses are now let to just sit around and not recieve the service that a medical practitioner should pride himself on.

Totally disgusted with service and approach by this practice.
