Poor customer service from Rj cars umgeni

This dealership is pathetic they are a bunch of *******s, I've purchased a vehicle with 9****ms on the clock and used it for 7 days and the clutch n gearbox failed I had to get the vehicle towed at my expense to the repair shop of which they have for almost a month. I've used the vehicle for only 7 days n Rj cars tries to put the blame on me for the damage... I traded a polo vivo in good working order with them and the first installment is due for the vehicle that I don't have, they also refuse to give me a curtosy vehicle yet I'm the one that has to pay for something I don't have. They seem to give me no joy whatsoever they are crying to pay for the clutch repairs and only asking for quotes to be amended.
