Don't buy cars at RJ Cars Durban Umngeni road, you will regret.

RJ cars is located in Umngeni road in Durban. When you buy a car u receive VIP treatment. Immediately a deal is done they treat u like nobody, like a piece of ****. I bought a car in December and 3 months down the line, the car was giving me issues. I towed a car to them, it was the worst experience ever, mind u I m on 2 years warranty. They refused to fix the car & gave me stories. Their staff more especially their lazy fat lady who sit in the front desk with attitude, she explained with attitude that they are not responsible to fix their mess. Their managers don't care. I have to tow the car back home & had to fix the car myself.

The sales guy who assisted me, was nice but the admin staff & managers they are after money. Once u buy they don't care & even if the car give u issues in weeks time they won't fix it. I m so disappointed. Don't buy cars from them u will regret
