Discussed refundable deposit declined from RJ Cars dealership.

I send this message to complain about the lack of service from the RJ Cars branch sales manager, Neal.

We had taken interest in a white Hyundai H100 however lots of repairs and body work needing to be done prior to purchasing the vehicle. As a holding deposit we were advised that we can place a refundable deposit to secure the vehicle so that no one else can come and purchase the car. However, now that we want the deposit back of R1000, Neil now denies this and won't give us back the money and we are also not purchasing this vehicle.

Please help us get the money back as we no longer have both the money and the car.
