New TV Faulty

I bought a new 49 inch Telefunken at RIZQ ELECTRONICS on the 15/12/2018 & on the 22nd of Jan it couldn't show any pictures . I returned the TV set to them & they declined to take it because it didn't come on the box (cover)I bought it with . I got shocked because my receipt is still valid for repairs or exchange . I'm not stuck with a TV I bought cash & a month later it's not working . Please help guys !!!!! ********** 868
