Rize Property Professionals what a joke. We moved into a property about a year ago and all I can say is their service is unacceptable. Leaking taps, broken stoves, leaking toilets, leaking roof and broken garden irrigation systems.

This is just some of the issues we have faced and got helped after weeks of struggling. Then worst off all no initial meter reading were taken by our Agent and also he never informed us that the electricity meter box outside is locked. We only found out in September when we received our first 8 month backdated bill. So we are paying electricity on estimates and water too. The owners finally came and opened the meter box as we were not allowed and now we now the reading but there is no way to determine what the initial reading was and due top that fact we are paying an average of 1000pp. This is insane and let me not get started on the list of to do's to get your deposit back. I think there is no worse agency to rent from and to use to rent out your property than Rize.

I have sent numerous emails to the owners regarding the agent and not in one email have they said he was incorrect and they just blame shift. I will never in my life recommend this agency as they do not have a professionalism at all.
