Rize properties are by far the worst letting or property management group. They have no regard for the tenants rights and ***** deposits They should be black listed and removed from letting or managing properties, I rented a delapilated property from them and when confronted with lack of maintenance as stipulated in contract they brush it off, an brake contract by increasing rent instead of discounting it as their own contracts stipulates. They are ********* and have double standards what the deposit is concerned, allowing the owner to use the deposit as they see fit without depositing it back after lease period expired There should be a zero star rating for them
