Living in a **** Hole

I moved into Equestria Estates on 1 February with the contract signed with Rize Properties. Since I moved in Cobus has found any reason in the book not to do pre inspection after several phone calls and messages he still failed to fix the plumbing problems. The whole place smells of **** all the time at night it's even worse with the door closed I can't even sit in my own lounge because of the smell. Anyone out there who can help it will be appreciated.
