Incapable Property Management

I moved into a rental property in Highveld, Centurion on 1 October 2015. Besides the fact that the Agent Rikie Massyn was almost an hour late to hand-over the keys, the property was untidy, dirty and a number of keys for access doors unavailable, which left me no choice than to appoint a locksmith after a week. Rize Properties was reluctant to reimburse me for the expense and used many excuses not to pay, which carried on for over one month.<br> <br> The defects list comprising items such as leaking toilets, stove plates not working, irrigation system leaking, building rubble, damaged municipal waste bin, interior paintwork etc. remains unattended after 10 weeks with NO arrangements made to resolve despite numerous notifications and requests. The agent was even furnished with a remote control to gain access to the property to have the defects repaired.<br> <br> Be wary of Rize Property Professionals! Certainly no pride, no professionalism and no property management capability, simply empty commitments and promises.
