I would not recommend this Agency based on my personal experience

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If you wish to receive professional assistance, with quick follow ups and a fair application processes, this is not the company for you.

I was assisted by an agent by the name of Jessica Meyer. Subsequent to viewing a unit I was interest in, I requested for application forms which she promised to send to me via email within the next few days. Why she couldn't do it the following day since they were interested in securing a tenant, I do not know.

I decided to follow up after three days of no communication from her - still, I received no response regarding the application forms I requested on the day of the viewing. After waiting a further two days, I decided to call her only to find out that she had already let someone view AND apply for the unit. The person who viewed the place did so three days after I viewed the unit but was assisted with applications instantly.

I am a young professional african male. I do not know whether it may be my ethnicity which prevented Ms Meyer from giving me the quality of service which she gave to the individual who viewed the unit three days after me, or perhaps there are other reasons, however, all I can say is that, from my experience, she represented her company in a negative light. One which shows inequality and inconsistency of customer service delivery.

In future, especially if you happen to be a young professional of colour, consider alternative agencies if you wish to receive service which is professional, fair, and one with quick follow ups.
