Michelle Domingo is an absolute treasure

I would like to give my most sincere thanks to Michelle Domingo from RiXForensica - she is an absolute treasure and I hope that the company appreciates the gem they have in her.

Michelle was recently appointed as an external validator by my insurance company (Naked), with whom I'm having endless troubles and issues since submitting my claim after being ****** at knifepoint. It was a traumatic event that triggered my existing PTSD and Michelle not only demonstrated stellar professionalism in her role, but also showed herself to be one of the most kind, compassionate, and caring people I've encountered in a very long time. From first contact, to the validation interview process, to the post-interview follow-up, Michelle completely outdid herself.

Although I am still struggling to get Naked to behave fairly, I feel very fortunate to have been assigned Michelle for the validation process. I hope RiXForensica treats her superbly and does whatever is required to retain her services for as long as possible because she is a significant asset to the company.
