Do not go to Rivonia Toyota under any circumstances.

Dishonest and *********** service staff. They cross threaded my wheel nuts and damaged the stud. Instead of replacing it, they cut a bit off the stud so that they could get the wheel nut back on. The service manager was happy with their explanation that they didn't do that. On the same visit, they told me I had to go to panel beater to resolve a noise coming from the shock housing. The panel beater said that it just needs new bushes. A popular wheel alignment place fixed it in 30 minutes for R300. They also said that my Hilux needed repairs to the driveshaft and gearbox, but that I would have to book it in for a week at the cost of over R7000 for the driveshaft alone - the gearbox would be another quote. A few days later a driveshaft repair shop discovered the cut off wheel stud and also noticed a few bolts missing from the bumper. Toyota did not notice or bother to mention this. They also repaired the driveshaft in 4 hours at the cost of R3000.
