Bad service

I was sold a wrong unit by the parts department, then I denied returning it saying they dont exchange or do refunds. This was while I was at the dealership, I had not even left with the unit. Now it is almost 2 months and they dont want to do a refund, I call in week in week out and I am given excuses by Shikander Osman.
