Horrible surprise night gon' wrong.

<p>I was planning a surprise dinner for my cousin and my boyfriend recommended we go to Rivonia on Deck .. When I made the reservation I asked if they could set a perticular theme for the table (red, white and gray) and if they had gas heaters, the man whom I was speaking with agreed and when we got to the venue our table wasn't set they only had white table cloths and they didn't have heaters. Most of the food ordered was cooked poorly (raw chips and dry steak and cold coffee), the waitress didnt check on us and the service was appauling.&nbsp;</p>
