IMPECCABLE SERVICE... WELL DONE!!!

We so often complain about bad service, but don't take the time to compliment the good.

I recently visited Rivonia Car Sound to have my amplifier looked at and though it was a small request that ended up being at no charge, the excellent friendly reception i received was as if I was a customer spending millions of Rands.

A special mention to Quinita De Klerk for her friendliness and to the Owner Rakesh Rama, who took the time to come introduce himself to me and to assist.

I would recommend Rivonia Car Sound and Security to all and must commend them on their impeccable customer service levels.
