I wish that I had never gone there!

Horrible to deal with! Rude Technicians and ******* product I had a car radio fitted and firstly the Bluetooth didn't work properly so I had to go back. They put another unit. Then the CD player didn't work at all, the USB doesn't work properly and the radio doesn't keep the saved radio stations, saved. We asked them to suggest other products and the technician Clinton tells me "he doesn't know, he is just a messenger". "He just works there" and he is now fitting the same unit for the third time. At what stage do you realise that you are selling a ******* product. I wish that I had never gone there!
