Cheat squad- stay away or be doubly sure what they are installing!

These guys are big cheats, stay away from them or verify their products and check thoroughly what they are fitting in your car before placing order

I asked for a Pioneer Bt5050 to be fitted in my Toyota Fortuner 2.4 AT through Toyota Sinoville dealership yesterday (9 Jan 2018) they charged me hefty amount by adding miscellaneous (website said R6900 but they charged R9400 added installation costs +++) and the system they installed does not have half the functions working, fitting is shabby and the free back camera is appalling quality! No usb and Appleplay/ android auto cables attached, which come standard with the pioneer system.

Seriously.... do these guys think they can grow business and make money by displeasing customers - cheating them and providing poor products and services?!

I am an expat working for the UN- having worked in so many countries both middle and low income, never have I experienced such blatant cheating. I am going to ask for refund or a proper replacement.

Would seriously want to speak to the manager, if there is any. It seems that the sales guys run the show and just promise random stuff. Then they try to cut corners but it’s the poor customers that suffer
