Atrocious service

<p>********** service had to wait over 2hrs 30 minutes for a tracking device to be installed. I arrived for my 10h45 appointment early and I was asked to sit down I will be attended to at 11h00 I had still not received any service after complaining a Willard told me my car will be attended to and it will take 1-2 hours for the fitment. An hour and 15 minutes later at midday my car had still not been attended to and I was told it would be prioritised. I left for lunch came back at 12h50 and my car was not finished. I had to complain again and 13h20 2hrs 30 minutes later I finally had the car. No one even bothered to give me a receipt, I have a car that I do not even know if it has a tracking device or where the panic button is, if at all it was fitted. This is by far thee most atrocious service I have ever received</p>
