Poor service delivery and no deposit refund for 4 months already

Poor maintenance, and been waiting 4 months to receive deposit refund - although my rent was paid on time every month for 4 years! And I was told when inspection was done that I will receive a full deposit as everything was still in order. No reply on emails, no communication, very poor service to a tenant that never caused any issues and done everything that was expected from me
