Disgusting staff

<p>Disgusting attitude at riviera by reception staff. We will never come back to this hotel ever again. Not even a sorry from them for lying to us.... One lady rolled her eyes even. Last time we staying here. That's for sure.</p> <p> </p> <p>We arrived here at 12pm to check in and yes check in says 2pm. So the lady in reception called and said they busy right now at this moment with your room. So she said go have lunch and she will call us. She didn't. We went to the pool then I came back up at about 115pm and she said its not ready yet and said 30minutes. Found it strange that for someone to be busy at 12pm is still busy at 130pm. And all this she did not apologize once. . </p> <p>Went back again at 145. Sat for 10 to 15min while 3 other guests walked in, checked in and got their room. </p> <p>So I really got angry and started raising my voice. </p> <p>Lady rolled her eyes and not once did she or anyone there even apologize. </p> <p>Gave us some other room which the aircon doesn't even work either. </p> <p>My wife is pregnant and this is what we have to deal with for a 2 night break.</p> <p>I guess some hotels just don't care about their clients so we will never ever stay at this hotel or any other hotel of yours in the future. It is a bad reflection when staff cannot even say sorry.</p> <p>Either she was lying to us or the cleaning lady was. Either way it's disgusting that we have to deal with this when wanting a break.</p> <p>The beautiful scenery doesn't make up for disgusting staff</p>
