Pathetic service unhygienic conditions Riviera Hotel Veldrift

My wife and I had lunch at your restaurant today. We placed our order T bone and full hake for my wife at about 12:55. My wife’s hake arrived exactly an hour later 13:55. As both meals had not arrived simultaneously my wife proceeded with her meal to avoid the meal from getting cold. My t bone arrived ten minutes later making it effectively an hour and five minutes. When I enquired as to why we had to wait for an hour for our meal I was informed that my t bone was given to another client who first order the sirloin but changed his mind. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable as it is disrespectful towards clients to do this. Allowing dogs in and out of the dining area whilst guest are dining is also unhygienic so what sort of business are you running in Veldrift western cape?
