False advertising - misrepresentation of origin - shocking workmanship - practically begging to be refunded

Order put in and 50% paid for on the 9th August 2021- OD 10 Modern Outdoor 2 seater in fabric canvas on white duco wooden box. 2nd 50% is paid on receipt of invoice. Delivery is made very late pm on the 28th October – immediately raise workmanship issues with the delivery team and then follow up with call to client service and email to Thersia and Antionette. Problem: • False advertising – product advertised is not product delivered • Misreprentation of origin – one staff member advises import and stipulates “ocean freight – land haul” on the invoice – another says it is a local build • Shocking workmanship (images available) Immediate ask for unit to be collected (which happens quickly) and refund in full. Despite an apology on the 19th November, repeated emails, voice mail, today is the 29th November no refund has been received.
