Broken Couch
After my initial review I did get communications from the store, with the commitment from their side that will replace the couch after initially ignoring my concerns, as things stands am still waiting on the store a person by the name of Thersia is assisting, since she was the one who also assisted in buying the coach.

21 May 2023, 22:51All I can say, this company sells products which are of poor workmanship, the initial complaint I had was ignored after initial agreeing with sale person to replace the couch, it was not replaced, the installers deliberately *****ed the edges with two *****s instead of 3 or in the holes, which is making the sofa to be loose and unstable, secondly they also are doing false advertising on their ads, point of reference being the couch I bought, it is not the one being sold, for future buyers please be aware when buying from this shop,
