TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Management recieved my script with antibiotics regarding the wound on my leg, on the 20th January. The medication was only issued to me on the 24th, on the 22nd my wound was cleaned with regatds to it looking septic when Sister Felecity using the tweezer to yank at my stitch. When I cried, she told me I was being a "baby." When I went to the bathroom and returned to my bed, i saw blood coming through the plaster, she ripped open my skin and for no reason at all. She did not ask when the stitches were put in, she just pulled the stitch for clearly no reason at all other than abuse of power. She enjoys making clients suffer and verbally abuses her power through threats to the clients. I am yet to have my complaints investigated which were brought forward on the 30th January.
