Refund R741, 77 and cancel the contract with immediate effect.

POPIA applies. In 2020 I had the contract of 2 30 lites hand sets. In 2021 I went to block one of the hand sets to they want advised the blocked it. At the same time influenced by their consultant to take data contract to which I agree with. In 5 to 6 days I noticed that the hand set which I requested them to block is still active and being used and then approached them to cancel the data contract as they failed to assist me to block the handset. In terms of the contract the terms and conditions is that as the customer if not happy you can cancel within 7 days. They refused to cancel it and referred me to the customer services. I couldn't make it as for call purposes I used the different service provider which was going to be costly. On the 30/6/2025 they debited my account R741, 77 instead of R270, 00 thus I demand my refund of R741, 77 and cancel the contract with immediate effect as they breached the contract to debit my account with such amount without my authorization.
