Riverside villa Gordons bay

Iam on holiday with my kids,booked from Monday to Friday. Sunday I got call from owner that I need to bring blankets and bowls.on arrival the floor on one side of corridor was wet and towel was put there. The bathrooms was not clean properly and some other places.here is a indoor braai but no braai utensils. There is no proper cutlery.no glasses.teusday morning my pregnant Daughter went to bathroom and slipped in corridor on wet floor.so the water that was only one side when we booked in went all over the place.i let the guy know and he says he'll be here about 9.after 11 I send him msg how disappointed iam that he's not pitching. There is no wood either for fireplace. I have slept in many self-catering places with fireplace and there was wood on arrival atleast for 2 fires after that you buy your own.everything here is no effort put in.very disappointed. It's Wednesday morning and I just let the guy know about the electric that he need to put on the meter which was promised Monday on arrival
