Bad experience

We booked this self-catering house for a week. On arrival the host said that he wanted to cancel because there is a small leak in the house and showed where he put a towel down folded up small during that day the hallway was flooded.my daughter is 7 months pregnant so I was stressed.i started cleaning up the water and put newspaper's and things down. I informed the host. He came the next morning to mop and put towels down and me during the day mop and clean up again.my daughter slipped ,I slipped during our stay.he asked me why did I not cancel. That was not the only problem.there was mice running around, there was rotten fruit in kitchen cupboard.there.was no kitchen utensils or braai utensils.no wine glasses or kitchen cloths. I was more stressed at this stay...no effort was put in
