Worst service ever

Took my dog in for a grooming. More than 4 hours later and after a phone call he was still not ready. When I finally went to pick him up he was clipped incorrectly forcing me to hang around even though I had important work appointments. When I asked for a discount I was rudely told the work had already been done. This place is overpriced and has crummy service.
