Riverside Stables

I bought a voucher on hyperli for my birthday. I dealt with a lady by the name of Megan. I couldn't ride on my birthday and the day after because it was raining. On the Monday she tolde I can't ride because the horses will slip because of the wet grounds. We agreed she would postpone and advise on the time to come. She ignored my calls the whole week. She only picked up the phone on Friday 8pm after I decided to use my daughter's phone. She confirmed the time for Saturday at 11 am. While on on way there at 10:30 am she messaged me to tell me I have forfeited the voucher because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes before which was never communicated to me nor was it stipulated on hyperli's website. The lady is very rude and a *****. I want my refund..
