Never Going Back

25/11/2019 - Today we had our annual family picnic at Riverside Picnic place. This year we were completely disgusted at the level of management at this place. We pay our good money to come and have a relaxing day with family.

There was a group of people next to us that played LOUD music ( no music allowed ) and drank so much alcohol that they ended up vomitting and urinating in the river where our kids were swimming.

One lady so drunk they needed to drive a car in to collect her and escourt her out of the resort.

We then complained to the manager who is a female at the office who apologized and told us there is nothing they can do and apologized. We expressed we will not come back and were getting into our cars preparing for our final family photo for the day.

The female manager's husbands pulls up and starts shouting and pointing his rude fingers into my elderly Aunts face for causing a problem with his wife at the office. My uncle steps in and defends his wife to which the male manager responds " our P**s, " and many other vulgar words. This turned into a physical fight and the police was called.

WE WILL NOT RETURN TO YOU RUDE ******S *******S!! WE PAY OUR GOOD MONEY EVERY YEAR TO SPEND OUR QUALITY FAMILY TIME AT YOUR INSTITUTE TO BE TREATED LIKE THE WAY WE WERE.

I urged all not to attend. New Management, Very Unprofessional Staff
