NO 'BEDSIDE' MANNER OR ANY MANNERS AT ALL

I visited the Clinic 12th June for a Yellow Fever jab. I made an appointment for 11h00 and gave over my cell number. @ 11h40 I confronted the Doctor as to the inordinate waste of my time (people were still ahead of me) and was told that "I'm not sitting around drinking tea, you know". No apology was offered. Her conduct was unprofessional. Had she even once popped her head out and gave an explanation perhaps things wouldn't have become heated. That said, scheduling patients in 10-15minute intervals when obviously it takes longer with the expectation that we must just sit around and wait is arrogant and based purely on greed (my opinion). If you took my number why can't you phone me and tell me that you're running an hour late! I would never venture there again.
