Isabella is what this lady calls herself. She's very friendly and it seems that she is very set on good service, she sends photos and videos and everything looks so realistic. Her ratings on Google seem good, you only see her replies, no actual review from customers... she tells you She's got a special courier for parrots, you cannot come pick it up yourself, she lists an address in Musina that is not hers. Once you've paid you get photos of bird at Vet... she even makes you sign a contract. Then she has excuses every day for not sending the courier... until she blocks you and you've never received the parrot you have paid for.
