Riverside Lodge Loskop Complete Incorrect Star Rating should be 3 Star not 4.5

Terrible Experience For a 4 and half star rating. Other than the room being clean. There was no coffee tea or sugar in the room. No dishwashing liquid. Not even hand soap. Plus no fire extinguisher which there has to be by law. Upon leaving, I politely voiced my negative feedback to the lady at reception which was received with complete ignorance. Lovely peaceful surroundings and views, but room for much improvement when it comes to customer service.
